Lets Be Happy~
We all know that it is important to stay positive when fighting against cancer. There is more evidence to support this theory.
I read an interesting article today about the relationhips between our emotions and the cancer cells formation. It was a experiment done in England based on a large number of cancer patients and the control group.The study showed that the NATURAL KILLER CELL, which is a non-specific internal defense mechanism we have in our body, is more active and powerful when we are emotionally content and happy.
Couple things that I do to keep myself stay away from negative thoughts are:
1. Regular Yoga practice and Jogging.
2. Stay in touch with the nature. I always make sure that I have enough time everyday to go out of the buildings and breathe the fresh air. Sometimes even just walking down the blocks help to lift up the spirit.
3. Understand and remember that the future is limitless. There is up and down in our lives. In Buddism, they talk about "living in the moment" which means to focus on the current, and to not over think about the past and the future.

AMAZING!!
After the first session, I immediately felt better and I'm only feeling better and better as I continue my appointments. I haven't felt any pain in my hamstring at all since, and I can feel how it is slowly opening and getting more capable of practicing yoga.
The natural herbs and medicine (thank God, I hate taking plastic medication) she's been giving me has helped me with my sleep, overall stress levels and everything!
