We are located in the Crescent building near southeast corner of the intersection of South Congress Avenue and Riverside Drive. The clinic can be accessed from the walkpath in the front of the building in the corner suite closest to South Congress (see the map on the Make Appointment page).

Parking is available for all patients in the parking garage. The entry to the garage is directly accessible from Riverside drive in the center of the Crescent building. The entire bottom level is open for customers as well as the top level.
